Scheme Enrolment

In line with auto-enrolment regulations, all employees meeting this criteria will automatically be opted-in to the pension scheme.

For other employees who do not meet the auto-enrolment criteria, you will be sent an invitation letter to join the MRA pension scheme three months after your employment start date.  You will need to opt-in to join the pension scheme.

Please note

failing to join the scheme at the earliest opportunity will have a significant impact on the pension you receive in retirement, in addition you will only be eligible for the reduced Death in Service benefit.
