The AMG Group UK pension scheme offers the ability for each member to select the investment funds in which to invest.  The AMG Group UK pension scheme offers over 10 funds to select from and the risk and returns will vary between funds. Fact sheets, including fund performance and charges are available below.  If you would like to select your own investment funds and you are unsure which to select, the trustees recommend you seek independent financial advice. 

The investment funds you select will have a significant impact on the value of your retirement pension. 

If you do not select an investment fund, your money will be invested in the MRA lifestyle strategy. 

Under the MRA Lifestyle Strategy your pot is invested in the following manner: 

• For members more than 5 years from retirement, your pension pot is invested in a diversified investment fund, the MRA Diversified Fund. This is intended to give long term investment growth with less short term volatility than equities.

• It is expected that many members will seek to benefit from the 25% tax free cash sum allowance at retirement, and therefore the MRA Lifestyle Strategy transitions 25% of your pot to a cash type fund, the Legal & General Investment Managers (LGIM) Sterling Liquidity Fund, over a 5 year period in the run up to retirement. The balance of the fund will be retained in the MRA Diversified Fund with the aim of providing continued growth and over-riding the negative effects of inflation.
